To authorize a one-time $500 income tax credit for veterans who have received the Southwest Asia service medal, the National Defense service medal, the Global War on Terrorism expeditionary medal or any service or campaign medal in the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002.
