To authorize the sale for $35 of specialty watercraft registration decals which depict some aspect of the Great Lakes or of Great Lakes water quality (similar to specialty vehicle license plate programs). These would be available to motorboat owners currently required to purchase boat license decals. Of the money raised $10 would pay for the decal design, production, and issue; and $25 would go into the Michigan Great Lakes Protection Fund for public education about efforts to eradicate aquatic nuisance species from the Great Lakes and other waters.
