To require private pharmaceutical companies to disclose to the Department of Treasury all prescription drug advertising and marketing expenses, and require the department to use the information to report to the legislature on the effect of the marketing on statewide health care costs, and recommend single business tax incentives for pharmaceutical companies intended to lower the cost of prescription drugs.
