Three month vacation? Really? You obviously are not aware of what really goes on in teaching. Teachers, and I mean real teachers, are not done in the summer. Real teachers are preparing for the comming school year. I can say that I spend many hours preparing for the next school year during the summer...

Everybody else pays into there penison why not the teacher also. I don't know of anybody alive to this date that has a 3month vacation like the teacher does. So make them pay for there penicon like the rest of American do.
