Apparently the only 'business' being encouraged in this failing state is education! While our legislators buy into the 'highly-educated' propaganda from university-sponsored 'think tanks', the Dept of Labor states that the majority of new jobs created in the past two years required...

This is a great Idea, but is the state in a position to give out subsidies? And besides, What cars are totally made in America anymore? I can't think of any.
