Would'nt it be more humain to disable your asailant than to kill him.I think that this would be a fine tool to do the job. I see on TV that the police use them a lot instead of shooting them.

This bill could have some very bad consequences. I'm thinking of the new firearms designed for women, some of which come in bright colors, such as hot pink!
