    I agree with you on that, but it does nothing to change the fact that MPSERS is in very bad shape, and the cost of bailing out MPSERS falls to the schools -- I don't see the state increasing funding to cope with the increasing requirements of funding the pension system.     What a timely idea. This bill would do more to provide new jobs for Michigan residents and help the Michigan economy at a faster rate than anything in the federal economic stimulus bill.
