This is about the stupidest legislative effort I've seen! What you are attempting to do with this bill is open the floodgates for special-interest groups to sue just about any business, industry or activity to prevent them from even reasonable use of either their private property or puiblic property...

Obviously members of the senate are exempt from jury duty, it cost the average taxpayer money out of pocket from the loss of wages to sit on a jury duty, I might ad most are willing to do as a citizen and tax payer. Its obvious they are not paying out fair amounts when we have built up such an amount...
