I for one would like to know how this will help the inmate or the ex-con upon returning to public life. THIS IS A BAD LAW if it is not in anyway helping them return to the public. They have a hard enough time just getting a job when they return to the public life and they are asked if served anytime...

Obviously members of the senate are exempt from jury duty, it cost the average taxpayer money out of pocket from the loss of wages to sit on a jury duty, I might ad most are willing to do as a citizen and tax payer. Its obvious they are not paying out fair amounts when we have built up such an amount...
