Are you kidding me? These deadbeats can't pay their rent/mortgage/association fees (bills) and now the landlord / property manager's are going to be responsible for storing their belongings? Whatever happened to being held accountable for your actions? How is the property owner supposed to be able to pay their bills without the rent coming in
