A small private busness owner should have the right to hire who they want to. This is just another way for government to control the people. Look at New York's major wanting to tell people what they can eat or drink.

My point exactly!!!!! Why should only one group be the only ones allowed to carry in gun free zones. As you said "Bad guys don't follow rules." Police are not always around when needed and corrections officers are watching the inmates.

This does not hold up for "Gun Free Zones" The Bad guys are not to have in such a zone, so why should retired Police & Corrections Officers need a gun in one? Everyone should have the same right for protection as recent shootings in "Gun Free Zones" show.
