Am I to understand that this bill was passed and if so does it apply to all felonies or just C,D,E? I am referring to the 4498 "Good Time Bill"

I understand your points. But what about 10-25 for someone who was a productive member of society and, whom was not a career criminal? I mean taking time off the front for someone, should be a option for them as long as it was not violent. I just believe that even though it is the "Law" there should be a compromise for some without a record

I believe that class A,B,C, and D felony's should all be included in this bill. And it should apply to all non violent felony's including drug trafficking as long as it is not violent.
