I understand your points. But what about 10-25 for someone who was a productive member of society and, whom was not a career criminal? I mean taking time off the front for someone, should be a option for them as long as it was not violent. I just believe that even though it is the "Law" there should be a compromise for some without a record

My name is Jennifer and I am engaged to #1044651. I realize that people who commit crimes need to be punished, but when that person is a victim of addiction and life circumstances. I believe that class A,B,C, and D felony's should all be included in this bill. And it should apply to all non violent felony's including drug trafficking as long as it is not violent. The prison's are way over crowded and if they are not repeat offenders then they could establish themselves as productive members of society, especially if
