This is wealth confiscation for a Governor slush fund. Communism. Why doesn't the state just take the whole company right now? You know that's the end game here. Horrible. It's obvious Horn has completely been paid off to keep competition and free markets out of the energy business here in Michigan. His morals must stop at his pocket book.

This is not wise economic policy for Michigan when the unemployment rate is so high and we don't have Right to Work. The Michigan Lawmakers are putting unnecessary hardship on the people who pay taxes. Stupid.

This bill is a good start. Increasing competition is a good idea and should lower prices while increasing customer service. What's fun is that the mayor of Chicago is trying to do just the opposite -limit competition- for his city. That should be a good sign that we're on the right track with this legislation!!
