Oh this is not where it needs to start! Why let them have unemployment at all IF they can't test clean when they apply for unemployment, then they should be refused benefits right from the initial sign up. If they can sit back and collect benefits for weeks or months before their first interview, we've contributed to supplying their drugs. STOP
