We NEED to remember the morons that bring up stupid sh*t like this to make sure they don't get re elected. I'm sure they would post this law so everyone knows about it? Like crossing trailer saftey chains. Didn't know about it but got a ear full from a cop. Dumb law and is WRONG as far as saftey.

so everyone else's MCCA money will pay for burned out big cities auto insurance. Then they will raise my MCCA fee to cover there cost. MCCA needs eleminated!! I get charged for every vechile I own(car & 2 bikes), but can only drive one at a time. I pay full price for motorcycles when I can only use it if I hit or get hit by a 4 wheeled vechile

Wasn't there a bill 4 years ago or so that stated "money earmarked for a cause was only to be used for that cause and not used (stollen) for any other perpose

The only thing are government is good at is creating more government. Easiest way to do that is scaring people into thinking they need protecting (NANNY STATE). Every new law is about making more money for the state. We have enough laws if they were inforced.

How will this effect insurance costs. Does the ticket go away or will auto insurance still go up. If auto ins. still goes up then this is just another cost to live in MI !!! Some people just dont deserve to drive. So for get the so offences but not others?
