Farmer's markets seem to take on a life of their own from my observation. It is exciting and proper that they do so. Aside from perhaps "infrastructure improvements" it seems like free markets could, and would want to, provide many of the listed functions themselves if left on their own. I found this Bill lengthy and hard to read -especially within trying to monitor a sea of innumerable other bills being circulated at a local, State and Federal level. I'm all for seeing reduced drug use in our state. However... Is this Bill consistent with a conservative interpretation of our Constitution? Is it consistent with less, and less intrusive, government? Will expanding the power and role of the NADDI (never heard of them before!) through the use of the NPLEX (never heard of that either!) really achieve

Does the EPA even have constitutional authority here? Seems like there is serious potential for taxation without representation.
