Am I interpreting this right? They want to take some of MY hard-earned pension money and invest it in cities like Detroit under the guise of "cities of promise?" This is one of the most ridiculous bills to ever come forward. We have more pressing issues to worry about other than whether Spartan Stores but not Meijer's can have wine tastings.
