This is nothing more than a money-grab, AKA MORE TAXES. Our Governor is pushing Michigan to produce electric cars and batteries, which will need ELECTRICITY TO RECHARGE THEM! Now they want to limit the production of electricity---and charge us more if we don't. How stupid can these people be?!! So much discussion in favor of these measures is centered

Most gas stations are of the "mini-mart" style with only one employee on site a lot of the time, especially during evening and night times of the day when business can be slow. Well, Mr./Ms. Politicians, look at it this way. Prevailing wage jobs promote higher paying jobs, which in turn provides more tax dollars paid to the states via the income taxes. It gives the working class more money to pay bills with and allows them to purchase goods. This produces more taxes via the sales tax. More products purchased promotes expansion

I too am opposed to HR5319. Many Michigan citizens have private wells on their properties and I can't imagine any one of them being in favor of this bill. I haven't seen any comments in favor of it.
