EXCELLENT proposal! What private or public sector employee qualifies for 100% health insurance coverage after only six years of the equivalent of part-time work? The next step is to significantly reduce the pension provision.

This must be a job-creator. Someone will have to go to every beach in the state and post the flag. Would this include the "end of state/county roadway" beaches along the great lakes? How about all the inland lakes' beaches? Yes, Michigan will be back to work!

This seems to fly in the face of "innocent until proven guilty" which is a basic law in this land.

This sounds discriminatory torward the mother who obtains sole custody of a newborn. If the father is exempt under the stated conditions, the mother should be also.

Just the title of this bill is offensive. An appointed group group having broad discretion to award up to $10 million sounds like a way to bilk the taxpayers out of THEIR money.
