Admin, You are in 2009 not 2001. Sen. Ray Basham (D) has created a very good bill to protect our Seniors from home invasions and other criminal acts, but this should cover the lawful age of 62 (Seniors) on up, and again Senators please support Senator's Ray Basham preposed Senate Bill 392 (Establish enhanced penalty for assault on the Elderly).

This one just one of the many crisis that society faces everyday without getting help from the proper resources. Also thanks to other State Reps and Senators who are stepping forward to help their Citizens who live in

WOW!!!!! Personally as a Rights Activist I would support this bil 200%. Because this type of bill should have been in effect a long time ago, but what I think is there's a bunch of House Reps & Senators who break this law themselves, and this is why this bill plus other bills have been placed on the back burner. I recall a few years ago Bruce

Crazy, I know who is signing the bailout checks now, but what about all the other times when Bush was in Office who signed them then? and that's why the new Administration is doing what its doing. Yet, President Obama is creating plans to stop these clowns from begging for public money, and is trying to help these greedy bastards that's begging
