I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the proposed "Fracking" that they want to do in a few counties. That way when people get sick from poisoned water they can't do anything about it.

So if a person is getting much needed assistance because they have lost their job, their home, etc. and they win a big lottery that would get them OFF assistance Rep. Tom McMillin (R) would rather have them stay ON assistance. Yeah, this makes a lot of sense.

Again, thank you for having the courage to introduce this. Smoking around a child, with all the evidence regarding the damage of second hand smoke, should be considered child abuse.

It's about time someone introduced a bill like this. With all the evidence there is regarding second hand smoke, why smoking around children is not considered abuse is beyond me. Thank you.
