What is worse is the fact that some clerks upon taking your fees for ticket associated with this fee do not deduct the ticket fees after proof of insurance is presented or faxed to the court. If one pays the fee for the ticket, it is an admittance of guilt and you are still charged the fee.

Is there a group as yet that has filed with the Federal Govt a law suit on behalf of the citizens that believe that their rights have been violated?
