Why are state senators wasting time on feel good legislation like this while every second that ticks by the SEIU continues to steal money from Michigan taxpayers?

Basically what happened is, the University of Michigan had a class called 'How to be Gay'. This upset Jack so he wrote some legislation that says he believes the Michigan House and Senate are better qualified to pick college class content than the colleges are.
