ABSOLUTELY NOT! Detroit has a city income tax already and look what it's done for THAT city! Services are CRAP, corruption is the norm and the only people happy about it are politicians. NO LOCAL TAXES (pre-emption!) and no MORE taxes on regular citizens! Are you listening Lansing? Taxes aren't...
