Now you all know I'm pretty much in for the Dems. But WTF is up with this one>? This looks more like a Republican Money Grab.... Here is a idea "STOP STEALING FROM THE FUNDS THAT ARE ALREADY IN PLACE TO MAINTAIN THE ROADS" then there might be some for the REAL reason the taxes are collected...

Lets work really, really hard to make Michigan as tuck-unfriendly as possible. Maybe we can carry our manufactured products on those high-speed trains!

This is really stupid! If so much money wasnt diverted to non-road-repair use, there would be plenty of money for road repair. I suppose the good (but still unemployed) people of Michigan are supposed to be to dumb to know that this raises their driving costs, and since gas is continually going up-supposedly...

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! When the state is alrady in dire straits, the number of taxpayers being reduced by unemployment and exodus from Michigan, why should th remaining taxpayers be on the hook for money to chase somebody's idea of a little choo-choo in THEIR town??? Light rail is a never-ending money...

Just wondering why we are spending money that we don't have on a high speed rail, we don't need?
