I guess Sen. Cherry just doesn't get it yet. If this makes it through comittee and is passed she should be the first to run a test on using the new rules.

Obviously members of the senate are exempt from jury duty, it cost the average taxpayer money out of pocket from the loss of wages to sit on a jury duty, I might ad most are willing to do as a citizen and tax payer. Its obvious they are not paying out fair amounts when we have built up such an amount...
