The legislature would be well advised to adopt this as soon as possible and help restore credibility and integrity to the offices to which they have been elected. This is only right and open and long overdue!

Obviously members of the senate are exempt from jury duty, it cost the average taxpayer money out of pocket from the loss of wages to sit on a jury duty, I might ad most are willing to do as a citizen and tax payer. Great Statement, I agree with everything needed to protect our rights and lives! I carry everywhere possible and to be denied the right to leave my weapon in the car while I am working is wrong.

The last thing we need in this state is an income tax increase two years in a row. Government needs to learn to live within its means. What is it about taxes that the legislators in Lansing cant seem to grasp that we already taxed too much. Time to throw them all out, and go to a part time State government, including the governor. And while we are at it how about cleaning out the entrenched beauracrats?

I doubt this Repeal will go anywhere. This state has a history of once a tax, fee, or extortion by the state is passed it never goes away, no matter how ridiculous it is.
