What is this need for overwhelming beaurocracy? We have closed many Sec of State offices so getting to them is difficult. Now, you want someone whose vehicle is incapacitated (and who may be incapacitated themselves) to be forced to 'appear' at the Sec of State office, often many miles away,...

If these companies operate for profit freely, why are Michigan taxpayers giving special subsidies? They should be investing based on their own models, from their own revenues.
