Obviously members of the senate are exempt from jury duty, it cost the average taxpayer money out of pocket from the loss of wages to sit on a jury duty, I might ad most are willing to do as a citizen and tax payer. This bill has proven to be an attack on the poor and underprivlege, who already can't afford rising cost of auto insurance and any fines to their already strapped income. This is a double jeopardy bill that fines you twice for one offense.
