Too much cost of medical care -- tax doctors. Too much crime and judicial costs -- tax policemen. Too much cost in education -- tax teachers. Brilliant.

I'm ashamed and surprised that a republican has a name on this one, usually it's the dems who make the really stupid rules. Anyway, how stupid, now you can't just go and pick up mom's Rx - you have to drag the poor disabled woman into the car to get her own script? How about children...
