This bill would gut the intent and effectiveness of PPACA, and would prevent healthy competition. It's an effort to make "Obamacare" fail, and, in my opinion, any legislators who support this bill are working for the insurance companies, not their constituents. It's a sad fact that some of our state and national congressmen are becoming "of, by, and for" deep-pocketed special interests who can provide fat contributions and lucrative "revolving-door" consultant / lobbying opportunities when they leave public service.
