While I realize this $15 vs $25 annual fee issue is not huge, have you ever tried to use the Michigan Licensing department services?
While friendly and professional they are living in the dark ages, communicating only via Fax, snail mail, and as a falllback, phone.
Their system should have been thrown out 10 years ago and if it had they would operate a lot more efficiently, lowering their costs.
It should be 100% online and via email.
More importantly, starting and maintaining a business would be more efficient.
There is no excuse for this sloppiness.
