    Creating a whole new entity to freely tax people.... never a good idea.

    How many more schemes will those "SERVING US UP" come up with? Fleecing those still working and paying taxes for their idiotic, costly "faddish" projects and toys? Is this not another violation of the Headlee Amendment - denying the vote of the people?
