It's fine if the government wants to ban these practices within government agencies. It is not fine for them to further intrude on private business practices. Business owners should be able to hire and fire as they choose. The market will determine if their practices are acceptable to the public.

Private businesses should not be able to hire and fire as they choose. That's ridiculous. Private businesses are regulated to protect the citizens, whether as an employee or a consumer. That's the role of government.

A small private busness owner should have the right to hire who they want to. This is just another way for government to control the people. Look at New York's major wanting to tell people what they can eat or drink.
