How about drug testing for elected officials and other state and munincipal employees?  Those are the people who are spending our money. Maybe that would get rid of some of their foggy thinking.  Odd  that the bill doesn't include welfare recipients. Include them along with elected and appointed officails and you've got my vote!

As much as I disagree with most laws mandating drug testing, I agree that if you are going to take money from taxpayers, our representatives have every right to place requirements, including drug testing, on those receiving the money.

How about drug testing for public officials?  They're the ones that come up with all these grand money give away ideas and come up with all those idiotic "laws".
