    Totally agree with HB 5523. I hope it takes immediate effect. It is none of an employers or a school districts business what someone's password is and they have no business either requesting or mandating someone to give it to them. Asking for someones Facebook password violates an individual's privacy.

    There are many other questions that are illegal for employers to ask or for schools to ask a student. It is important to recognize these questions, and to know how to respond if you are ever asked one. There are pros and cons about answering and not answering an illegal question.
