How easy it is for the state to be charitable with other people's money. There's no nobility at helping some while dispossessing others. There are charities, good people in communities and churches that are willing to help voluntarily. It's done all the time.
This act is fantastic. It will allow folks with average income to be able to afford special care for their "special" children.
Charities help somewhat but nowhere near what the costs are. This is one good thing that Gov. Snyder has done.
