Have I read this right? Do people actually steal these these plastic items and sell them to plastic recyclers? It's something I didn't expect to hear. In fact I don't think this situation is that common otherwise we wouldn't have to worry too much about plastic recycling, would we? I read something about it on this rubbish removal NJ resource, but not even then I couldn't believe that this is actually happening. I hope this new bill will be able to fix things.

unfair to add this cost to small business, hidden agenda their iso hasnt worked for them police never show up when stuff is stolen and the senator never contacted me about this issue.
