    Rep O'Brien,

Please explain to me how 30 hours works - is that like 3 - 8 hour days and then one 6 hour day?

My daughter teaches "autistic" children and it is very important to attend these workshops so the teacher can stay abreast of any new techniques out there. People complain about poor teachers - well - by cutting their training - it will become more of a problem.

Is this a 'disguised' ploy to save educational dollars now that our Govenor has slashed education budgets.  If this keeps up - the US will rank below Isbekistan in literacy. BUT - wow we will have saved money and now everyone can work at Wal-Mart as greeters - of course - no one will have any money because Republicans have taxed the middle class to death!  Unless Mr. Snyder will lower his standards and bring his rich pals to the local mall.
