    WooHoo-The lawyers are looking for this to pass.. Wonder who wil profit from this-besides the lawyers and the sponsor of the bill? I didn't look, but does that cover "medical marijuana" providers too?  Oh wait, marijuana is  not FDA approved so they get a free pass..
