Do these trails generate revenue, or are we simply asking the state to take on a greater administrative burden with what seems like a whole lot of make-work? Why do we have to expand the miles of trails by 15% by 2022??? Maybe Mother Nature would like to be left alone without all the horse traffic, ATVs, snowmobiles, campers, and potential fire starters.
