    Whats to Train? If they are not doing anything wrong they do not have anything to worry about. Remember they work for us. used to say on side of Patrol cars "To Protect & Serve" It's a watchdog

    This is a fine example of the unnecessary nature of most legislation in our state. There is no need for this law to be changed. If there were consequences for illegal behavior on the parts of our police, there would be a lesson taught with the first charge. Since our police tend to receive no punishment for improper or illegal behavior this seems to be an "issue". It isn't. This is a good argument for a part-time legislature.
