I believe that class A,B,C, and D felony's should all be included in this bill. And it should apply to all non violent felony's including drug trafficking as long as it is not violent. The prison's are way over crowded and if they are not repeat offenders then they could establish themselves as productive members of society, especially if they have been so before.
