Are you kidding. Get real, how are you going to enforce such a stupid bill, what you are going to have to do is visit 100,000+ patients Doctors and go through their files to find mine and see if all of this stupid criterea is met?

Being a doctor requires a State License and that State Board can Sanction anyone that is not following Statndards of Practice. Have your budget people run the numbers, how much is the enforcement of this going to cost.

There were a little over 38,000 drug arrest in Michigan last year we have figures for and 1% of the population are Registered as Patients. 1% of the arrests for all drug would be 380 people. Don't you have any better way to spend time then trying to make sure 380 people are "Really sick".??

The Third leading cause of death in this country is Medical Care, 106,000 deaths from Prescriptions taken properly, another 7000 from accidentally getting the 'wrong medicine'. There has never been a recorded death from using marihuana, the LD is around 40,000, you are wasting your time and our money. VV
