Introduced in the House on March 31, 2009, to authorize the creation of a “border crossing renaissance zone” in Port Huron in which the extensive tax breaks and exemptions of a “renaissance zone” would apply

I am not very sure if this is the only soolution to obtain a good value for the entire contract. I am very curious to see which will be the effects of this renaissance zone. rca ieftin
