More foolish regulations on Michigan businesses in the face of Michigan being rated in the bottom 5 states for business environment.  No more!

How about banning discrimination due to criminal background checks for minor crimes/infractions.

You could start at this: When someone has completed their prison term and parole, why not take them out of OTIS so that they might be able to get a job?

Do you guys know how many people are unemployed because of background checks?

I guess it is much easier to just let these people go back to prison since it seems to be too much effort to try to help them.
