"Big Brother" is always watching.  They never tire at trying to take away our personal freedom.  The voters already approved the use of medical marijuana.  Now we need to waste money and time with a bill to give names of medical marijuana users to police.  Another violation of personal liberty.

This is a bad idea. History is loaded with examples of the police expanding on the powers that are given them. There is no reason for this law. The law as written is fine.

The bill is totally unnecessary. I have the document showing they can already access the infromation through the LEAN network. If the concern is that it needs to be available 24-7 bring back a few laid off State workers and man it 24-7 just like the State Police Man the Capitol Building 24-7.

My wife and In travelm up 127 quite often, We are always suprised to see that the State Police have time to be ticket writers. You would think we could get some actual police work for our $60,000.00 per year investment not just a ticket writer. State Police Posts are closing all over the State, yet they can find the money to create a duplicate of an existing data base and then diseminate that information to all of the relevant local law enforcement agencies??
