It's about time this Draconian penalty was repealed. It was all a money grab by the legislature to begin with. Sad to say, IF it happens, it will be thousands of dollars too late for many people who can ill afford it. But that's how you guys do it, right? Get the money from those who have little so you can give breaks to those who have much(and give large donations to politicians).
