As a BSN student we are researching bills in Michigan. My concern or question is, why is 260 not a law yet? Bill 260 was introduced by the House in October 2009, it just was presented into the Sentate in March 2011, Ans know it is in the hands of the Senate Judiciary Committee. I understand their is a process, however how many elders in this time frame have died, been abused, or have been stripped of there savings. Thank you.
