Why is it when Government gives away money, money confiscated from Citizen through higer taxes, they hide the recipient by saying, "a particular developer" ? Are they ashamed ? This type of behavior demonstrates that there is really no difference beween Democrats and Republicans. John Engler in his first campaign for Governor, talked against targeted tax breaks. After defeating Blanchard in the election, Gov. Engler increased cash flow. Gov Granholm continued and expanded targeted tax breaks.  Citizens are now funding a 500 Million Dollar give away. Gov. Snyder has said claimed the end of tax breaks as we know it. Evidently Mr Snyder is not quite through with that yet.
